The balance indicates the capacity of your plan which will be based, in most cases on the following variables:

• Number of posts (aka tweets or publications)
• Number of reports you can make: unlimited by default
• Number of counts you can make
• Number of parallel live reports
• Number of users trac
• Number of profiles you can get
